Panjab University organising a five day workshop entitled, “Service Design Concepts for Silver Market: A Visual Design Thinking Approach”

Chandigarh, February 7, 2023: Panjab University, Chandigarh is organising a five day workshop entitled, “Service Design Concepts for Silver Market: A Visual Design Thinking Approach”, under GiAN (Global initiative on Academic Networks) from 6th -10th February 2023 at  SAIF, CIL, Panjab University. The objectives of the programme are to augment the country's existing academic resources, accelerate the pace of quality reform, and elevate India's technological capacity to global excellence.

Prof. Gurjaspreet Singh local coordinator GiAN introduced the audience to GiAN and its courses. The  Director SAIF, CIL, Prof. G.R. Chaudhary, the course coordinator, Dr. Prabhdeep Brar and local co-coordinator, Dr. Y.K. Rawal provided the insights to the workshop.

The speaker for the workshop is Dr. Sangeeta Karmokar from Auckland University Of Technology, New Zealand. Her talk shall foster creative and critical thinking and provide opportunities in building innovative business entrepreneurship in the field of silver market. Dr. Meeta Arora from NIIFT, Mohali shall cover the areas of visual merchandising, consumer’s analysis, business communication, branding and advertisement. The workshop includes participants from various universities, industries and institutes throughout the country. The online webcast of the workshop is being telecast on the website webcast.pu.ac.in.
