Panjab University Announces Examination Form Submission Schedule for 2025–2026 Sessions
Panjab University, Chandigarh, has announced the schedule for the submission of examination forms and fees for various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Professional, Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma courses for the academic sessions 2025–2026.

Chandigarh, August 12, 2025: Panjab University, Chandigarh, has announced the schedule for the submission of examination forms and fees for various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Professional, Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma courses for the academic sessions 2025–2026.
Students enrolled in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th semesters under the semester system (including Regular, Private, and Reappear candidates) can begin submitting their examination forms via the University’s online portal starting 18th August 2025. The last date for submission without a late fee is 17th September 2025. After this date, forms can still be submitted with a late fee of Rs. 2710 until 24th September, with Rs. 7930 until 6th October, with Rs. 14,330 until 14th October, and with Rs. 27,360 until 6th November 2025. The examinations for these odd semesters will commence on 14th November 2025.
Prof. Jagat Bhushan, Controller of Examination informed that the portal for filling up the examination form for the annual system examinations and even semester examinations to be held in May, 2026 will be open in the first week of February, 2026. This includes all UG, PG, Professional, M.Phil (Punjabi and GGSS), Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Add-on Courses operating under the annual system in various departments, the University School of Open Learning (USOL), and affiliated colleges.
