Nitya Naari: The Power of Her National Conclave 2025 Concludes, Women Empowerment Takes Center Stage

Chandigarh, August 19, 2025: The “Nitya Naari – The Power of Her National Conclave 2025”, organised by Chandigarh's NGO Sarv Rithu Seva Foundation at Bharat Mandapam in the capital, concluded successfully today, celebrating women’s strength, self-reliance, and their invaluable contributions to society.
Gracing the event as chief guest, Union Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Savitri Thakur, said, “The Indian woman has always been a symbol of sacrifice, devotion, and strength across all eras. Today, women are carving new milestones in education, politics, sports, and industry.”
She added " A woman is not just the backbone of the family but a powerful force in nation-building. Only by empowering women can India realize its dream of becoming a global leader.”
On this occasion, Sarv Rithu Sewa Foundation, led by Dr. Sajan Sharma, adopted 51 underprivileged girls and extended support by gifting them ₹51,000 in cash, sewing machines, and bicycles to help them move toward self-reliance.
The conclave also witnessed the presence of renowned women personalities including Navika Kumar ,Dr. Jai Madan (Celebrity Astrologer & Vastu Expert), Rimple Narula (Fashion Designer), Dolly Jain (Celebrity Saree Draper & Stylist), Jaspinder Narula (Playback Singer), Megha Prasad (Senior Journalist, ABP News), Priya Hingorani (Senior Advocate & Former Chairperson, Bar Council of Delhi Women’s Committee), and Anjum Moudgil (International Shooter & Multiple Sports Category Champion).
Women Wing President Himani Arora and Dr. Manisha Mittal shared that the conclave’s core message was that “Nitya Naari is not merely the bearer of traditions but the power that defines the future and “Women empowerment is not just an idea, it is a continuous movement. When women uplift each other, both society and the nation rise to greater heights.”
On this occasion, 20 women entrepreneurs were also felicitated for their outstanding contributions in their respective fields.
