New online seminar for teachers at DIPS IMT

Jalandhar: Jalandhar, 20 May: DIPS IMT organized a online seminar to bring about ways to improve the teaching and hearing process on the topic Experimental Educational Research. The Chief speaker was DIPS college director Dr. Kk Handu and principal Dr. Simranjeet Singh also participated during the seminar the teachers were apprised of how they can bring about a significant change in education by implementing new ideas and techniques which would prove to be beneficial for the students as they would prove to be beneficial for the students as they would be taught in a unique, better and innovative ways. Teachers can prepare Questionnaire, Interview etc methods to find out what type of way the students are more interesting in and all this can make their teaching interesting and effective. Teachers to focus deeply into this methodology and teach in an innovative way and co-relate by giving real life examples. 

MD Sardar Tarwinder Singh remarked that each course has different subjects but the methods adopted for teaching are always more or less the same so teachers must implement only those methods in which students find interest and easy to gain knowledge and fully understand the concept. 

CEO Monica Mandotra remarked that hearing with every step is the true sign of progress. Memories fade with time and lessons prepared well remain fresh in a student’s mind so teachers have the privilege of guiding experiences and discoveries.
