NAVIS partners with State Government of Telangana for training and placement of 50 Nurses to Japan under Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)

Hyderabad, December 16, 2022: Navis is the First Organization to team up with TOMCOM, a government enterprise of Telangana State, India, to Accelerate introduction of Nursing Care personnel from India to Japan 

On the 15 December 2022, a Partnership MOU was Signed by NAVIS Human Resources Private Limited (CEO Takako Oshibuchi), a Human Resource Development and Placement company in Bengaluru, India, in the presence of I. Rani Kumudini, Special Principal Chief Secretary, Govt. of Telangana, and Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, CEO, Telangana Overseas Manpower Corporation (TOMCOM).

On the Same day, 166 prospective Nurses from Telangana gathered at Gandhi Medical College for the Launch of the “Telangana-NAVIS, Japan First Batch” starting from the end of December 2022.

This event was organized in collaboration with Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad.

NAVIS became the First in India to start sending nurses to Japan as Nursing Care personnel from March 2019. As a pioneer in sending Indian nurses to Japan, it has introduced many Indian nurses to Japan as Nursing care personnel. In particular, the Organization has a 20 Year reputation for Japanese language training with native instructors and unique methods and has a track record of introducing 100% of its candidates to employers in Japan, including more than 20 hospitals and care facilities.

Telangana State is active in developing human resources and promoting employment abroad. Telangana Chief Secretary Mr. Somesh Kumar held a meeting on overseas employment on the 10 November 2022, where he reviewed measures initiated by various departments to provide overseas employment and directed authorities to facilitate the process of identifying all candidates who are interested and able to go abroad.

Furthermore, under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), TOMCOM has partnered with NAVIS to send talented nurses from Telangana to Japan, where NAVIS will provide them with Japanese language training and job opportunities.

NAVIS has a 20 Year track record as a Japanese language training center in India, having trained more than 10,000 Indians in Japanese. The Organization currently has Native Japanese language instructors, all of whom holding teaching qualifications.

NAVIS has placed a total of 97 Indian nurses as care workers since March 2019. The Organization is responsible for 80% of all placements of nursing personnel from India. In the next financial year, NAVIS plans to Introduce and Place 600 Indian nurses.

The Organization started in 2002 as a Japanese language training and recruitment Organization and currently carries out human resources development for blue-collar workers in India for Nursing Care, Accommodation (Hotels and Inns), Textile, Building Cleaning Management, Food Manufacturing, Agriculture, under the Technical Intern Training Program and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) System. It provides a one-stop service right from Recruitment of Candidates to Japanese Language Training, Sending out personnel and Placement to Customers in Japan.

Group Organization NAVIS Corporation, Japan is a Registered Support Organization (RSO) for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and will focus on Placing the Candidates to Customers in Japan and support the Candidates through out there Stay in Japan.

India is attracting attention as a major population power, and as of 2022 has already reached a population that is close to that of China and is predicted to become the world's largest by 2023. In line with the Indian Government's 'Skill India' initiative, the development of human resources in the youth segment is a challenge for India.

NAVIS provides its own recruitment know-how and skills training to India's 1.41 billion abundant human resources and sends them to Japan, where there is a shortage of manpower. NAVIS will provide skill development and career paths for Indian nurses, to make them to Achieve Japanese Language Level N3 in five months and solve the problems of both countries.
