Name Chinese Company to whom orders of smart phones have been placed

Jalandhar: Commenting upon the statement of Chief Minister on the supply of smart phones being halted due to spread of Coronavirus in China, Manoranjan Kalia Former Minister Punjab asked the Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh to name the Chinese Company to whom the orders of Smart phones have been placed,  also spell out the date upon which the tenders for the smart phones were made and name the newspapers in which the tenders were published.  A Foreign Company cannot participate in the tenders unless the tenders are global in nature. It means that Punjab Government has floated the global tenders for the items which are easily available in the Indian Market and thus against the rules.
