MP Arora Visits Pakshi Dham; Donates Rs.5 Lakh to Bhagwan Mahavir Jeev Seva Trust

Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora paid a special visit to Pakshi Dham and Pakshi Hospital being run by the Bhagwan Mahavir Jeev Seva Trust on Hambran Road, Ludhiana. Arora was warmly welcomed by the trust members upon his arrival.

Ludhiana, May 22, 2025: Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora paid a special visit to Pakshi Dham and Pakshi Hospital being run by the Bhagwan Mahavir Jeev Seva Trust on Hambran Road, Ludhiana. Arora was warmly welcomed by the trust members upon his arrival.

Describing his experience, Arora said, “This moment is mind-blowing. A little service gives a lot of peace. If one gets a chance, everyone should go to such places and serve nature.” He further added that in today’s fast-paced world, people often overlook the importance of coexisting with nature. He emphasised that even a small act of kindness towards birds and the environment can bring immense inner satisfaction and emotional well-being.

Arora lauded Pakshi Dham as a sanctuary of compassion and healing, not only for birds but also for people seeking mental peace. He praised the trust for creating a space that nurtures both wildlife and human values, and encouraged citizens—especially the youth—to visit such places to develop empathy towards all living beings.

Acknowledging the dedicated and selfless efforts of the Bhagwan Mahavir Jeev Seva Trust in the field of birds’ welfare, Arora announced a financial support of Rs.5 lakh. He handed over the cheque to the trust as a token of appreciation and to encourage the continued expansion of their noble work.

The president of the trust, Rakesh Kumar Jain, along with his son Mohit Jain, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Arora and all those present. They also made an appeal to the general public to come forward and support the cause by associating with the organisation.

Kavya Arora, Dr. Sulabha Jindal, Sanju Dheer, Vinod Jain, Inder Mohan Kala, Rajiv Jain, Satish Bajaj, Vijay Jain, Anil Jain, Deepak Jain, Ravi Gandhi, Manish Jain, Rinku Jain, Rajan Singla, Bharat Jain and Hardev Singh were among those present on the occasion.
