MoA signed for incubation for processing of agricultural commodities 

Ludhiana, May 12, 2022: The Agri-Business Incubation (ABI) program is an initiative of ICAR and CIPHET Ludhiana to provide incubation services and allows entrepreneurs to preserve capital and gain external support to accelerate their businesses growth. Agro-processing stimulates the value addition, increased nutritional value, increased food security, through a reduction in food spoilage and wastage. In order to start agro based processed products, Ludhiana based young and dynamic entrepreneur Pushpinder Singh came forward to prepare value added products from dal, spices, oilseeds etc. He contacted ICAR-CIPHET and signed MoA for seeking incubation facility to process products and selling in market. During the event Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale (Director ICAR- CIPHET), with the CIPHET team including Dr. Ranjeet Singh (PI ABI), Dr. D.N. Yadav (I/c Head ToT), Dr. R.K. Vishwakarma, (OIC PHMETC) and Er. Alka Sharma (RA) were present. Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale assured him that all possible help will be extended for establishment of agribusiness unit and start-up after successful completion of incubation.
