CICU BNG Organises Industrial Visit to Kudu Knit Process Pvt. Ltd.

Ludhiana, November 2, 2026: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU), through its Business Networking Group (BNG), organised an industrial visit to Kudu Knit Process Pvt. Ltd., Village Mangarh, Kohara, Ludhiana, providing participating members with valuable insights into modern textile processing, garment manufacturing and integrated production operations.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Varun Mittal, Managing Director, Kudu Knit Process Pvt. Ltd., who personally guided the members through the entire manufacturing facility. A third-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Mittal shared detailed insights into the company's operations, manufacturing capabilities, production processes and business journey.
During the visit, members explored Kudu Knit's integrated OEM manufacturing model, which offers end-to-end solutions covering fabric processing, dyeing and finished garment manufacturing. The members observed various stages of production and gained an understanding of the technology, precision, coordination and extensive efforts involved in transforming raw fabric into finished apparel.
The delegation particularly appreciated the factory's systematic layout, well-organised shop floor, cleanliness, efficient utilisation of space and proper ventilation. One of the most inspiring aspects of the visit was Mittal's personal connect with his workforce. His familiarity with employees across different production stages and his gesture of encouraging members to applaud the workforce reflected the importance he places on teamwork and the contribution of employees towards organisational success.
