MLA Prashar launches project worth Rs 74 lakh to construct concrete road backside Loha market on Gill road

Ludhiana, August 6, 2025: Moving forward to develop quality road infrastructure, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated the project to construct the concrete road leading to Overlock road from Makkar road (backside Loha market on Gill road - ward number 74).
Members of market association were also present during the inauguration ceremony and the project is being taken up at a cost of around Rs 74 lakh.
MLA Prashar stated that a concrete road is being constructed due to movement of heavy vehicles in the area and this project will certainly benefit the industry and shopkeepers in the area.
MLA Prashar further stated that Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann led state government is committed for overall development of the state and a large number of development projects are being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency.
The civic body officials have been directed to complete the project within the stipulated time period. More such projects worth crores would be launched to develop quality infrastructure in the coming days, added MLA Prashar.
