MLA Prashar kick starts Rs 27.91 lakh project to reconstruct streets in Tilak Nagar

Ludhiana, May 22, 2026: Giving a boost to the road infrastructure, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi launched a major project for reconstruction of streets in Tilak Nagar of ward number 82 on Friday.
Inaugurating the project along with the area residents near Gajja Jain Mandir, MLA Prashar stated that the project is being taken up at a cost of Rs 27.91 lakh.
MLA Prashar stated that the project is being taken on the demand of the area residents and the concerned officials have been directed to complete the project within stipulated time period.
MLA Prashar further stated that working under the guidance of Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann, they are taking feedback from the residents on a regular basis and a large number of development projects are being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency.
He has also been monitoring the projects at the ground level and the concerned officials have been strictly directed that no laxity would be tolerated in terms of the quality of the works, added MLA Prashar.
