MLA Prashar inaugurates development projects worth Rs 47.50 lakh in Mehmood Pura

Ludhiana, November 11, 2025: Continuously working to upgrade road and sewer infrastructure, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated development projects worth over Rs 47.50 lakh in Mehmood Pura (ward number 83) near Division number 3 police station on Tuesday.
While around Rs 41.16 lakh has been allocated for reconstruction of streets, Rs 6.42 lakh has been allocated for laying a new sewer line in the area.
MLA Prashar stated that projects worth crores have been launched to upgrade the infrastructure in the recent past. Their focus is on sustainable development.
Accompanied by area residents and volunteers during the inauguration ceremony, MLA Prashar stated that the projects are being taken up after getting feedback from the residents, so that the public could be benefitted from the projects at large.
MLA Prashar further stated that working under the guidance of Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann, the state government is working for the holistic development of the state. He stated that he has been monitoring the projects on a regular basis and more such projects worth crores would be launched in the coming days too.
