Mayank Foundation celebrated Kanya Lohri at Arya Orphanage

Ferozepur, January 13, 2022: Mayank Foundation today celebrated the holy festival of Lohri with the daughters of local Arya Orphanage.  On this occasion, Ashwani Sharma, while addressing the daughters, informed about the social, cultural and historical importance of Lohri and took a pledge to build a better society from them.

Secretary Rakesh Kumar said that today's Lohri festival is specially dedicated to daughters.  Stationery and cakes were distributed to all the daughters present on behalf of Mayank Foundation.

Manager Dr. Satnam Kaur appreciated the initiative of Kanya Lohri by Foundation.  It is noteworthy that Mayank Foundation also provides Pratibha Kanya Scholarship to talented girl students every year, in which 30000 rupees per scholarship is provided to the selected daughters in three years for pursuing higher education.

On this occasion, Dr Ghazal Preet Arneja, Kamal Sharma, Advocate Rohit Garg, Sandeep Sehgal, Manoj Gupta, Rakesh Kumar, Ashwani Sharma, Aseem Agarwal and Deepak Sharma from Mayank Foundation were present.
