Lyallpur Khalsa College felicitates Sakshi Sharma

Jalandhar: Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar felicitated Sakshi Sharma, a student of the college for securing first position in the district level competition Youth Parliament 2020 organised by the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jalandhar under the aegis of Ministry of Youth Affairs, India.

She participated in this event through NYKS under the guidance of college faculty and spoke on the topic : ''National Education Policy 2020 will Transform Education in India''. Participating through the online mode, she secured 1st position at the district level competition competing with participants from the entire district of Jalandhar. 

Principal S. Gurpinder Singh Samra congratulated her on her victory and wished her all the best for her future round to be held at the State level. Elated at her victory, Sakshi thanked the college Principal, teachers Sandeep Ahuja and Satpal Singh for the training and support they have extended her for the preparation of such events. 

Dr. Manohar Singh, Head Department of Computer Science & IT, Prof. Ahuja Sandeep and Dr. Palwinder Singh also present on this occasion.
