The operation targeted their illegal constructions in New Harikrishna Colony, Indira Market, and Transport Nagar.
The demolition drive was executed under the supervision of the Ludhiana Commissionerate Police and MC officials, ensuring full compliance with legal protocols and maintaining public order.
The properties were illegally built on MC-owned land.
Commissioner of Police Swapan Sharma underscored the Punjab Government’s zero-tolerance policy toward drug trafficking, stating, “Under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s leadership, we are committed to eradicating the drug menace and protecting our youth.
The CP also issued a stern warning to drug peddlers, urging them to abandon their illicit operations.
