Lohri festival celebrated in Doaba College

Jalandhar, January 14, 2022: DC Collegiate Sr Sec School in campus of Doaba College Jalandhar celebrated Lohri festival. Principal Dr Pardeep Bhandari, Prof Arvind Nanda-In charge School and  staff paid obeisance to Lord Agni  and chanted Gayatari Mantra and prayed for the well-being of entire Doaba family and for the bright future of its students. Dr Pardeep Bhandari said that government of India is propagating Save girl child, Educate girl child  to improve the efficiency of welfare services meant  for women, so we should also promote the celebration of `Dhiyan di Lohri’ so as to motivate girls to carve niche in society.
