Lecture on Quick response codes and library services 

Chandigarh, February 10, 2023: The Department of Library and Information Science, Panjab University, Chandigarh organized special lectures on “Quick Response codes and library services: One scan away exponential information” and “creation of dynamic QR codes”. 

Dr. Shiv Kumar chairperson of the department welcomed the resource person and participants. Dr. Margam Madhusudan, Professor from the department of library and information science, University of Delhi, was the resource person. All the students and research scholars attended the special lecture relevant to the current scenario. Prof. Madhusudhan highlighted the significance of using mobile devices to enhance library services and application of QR Code Technology in libraries. He also pointed out that the application of mobile technology in library services is the need of the hour. He gave a live demonstration of creating Dynamic QR codes. 

In the end, Dr. Shiv Kumar presented a vote of thanks to Prof. Madhusudhan.
