Landowner submits consent for new urban estate on his 100-acres land at GLADA Office
Demonstrating strong confidence in the Punjab Government's Land Pooling Policy, Rajesh Agarwal, a landowner holding 100 acres on Pakhowal road, on Monday submitted his consent to the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) for the development of a new urban estate.

Ludhiana, July 28, 2025: Demonstrating strong confidence in the Punjab Government's Land Pooling Policy, Rajesh Agarwal, a landowner holding 100 acres on Pakhowal road, on Monday submitted his consent to the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) for the development of a new urban estate.
Rajesh gave his consent letter in the presence of Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora and Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain, who also serves as GLADA's Chief Administrator.
