KMV’s MBA Students gain Industrial Exposure during an Educational Tour

During the visit, students observed how raw cotton is transformed into yarn through advanced spinning technology. They learned that cotton fibers pass through several stages such as cleaning, carding, drawing, and spinning to produce high-quality yarn used in textile manufacturing.
Industry experts at Aarti International interacted with the students and explained different aspects of the organization’s operations, including sourcing of raw materials, production processes, quality control, packaging, and export procedures. The students also learned about the importance of innovation, sustainability, and quality standards in maintaining the company’s strong presence in international markets.
The visit offered valuable insights into the operations of a large textile manufacturing and export-oriented organization. During the industrial tour, students were introduced to different stages of textile production and gained an understanding of how modern technology and efficient management practices contribute to large-scale manufacturing and global competitiveness.
The students expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to interact with industry professionals and observe the functioning of a successful manufacturing organization.
