KMV’s Dr Narinderjit Kaur felicitated by Principal Prof (Dr) Atima Sharma Dwivedi 

Jalandhar: Dr. Narinderjit Kaur, Assistant Professor, PG Dept. of Chemistry of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya was felicitated by Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi for her book titled “Green & Efficient Extraction of dyes from textile Effluent using Reverse Micelles”. The book has been published by Lambert Publications, Germany. It is pertinent to mention that Dr Narinderjit is working on removal of dyes from wastewater/textile effluent using a novel method of solvent extraction using reverse micelles of different surfactants. She also has many papers in various international SCI & Scopus journals to her credit. She has also been awarded with Award of Excellence in Research by KMV. She has also been invited as keynote speakers/ guest speakers in many international conferences/ seminars abroad. She was also a part of  many workshops and Faculty Development Programmes as a resource person to give talk on Use of ICT Tools in Teaching-Learning. 

Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated Dr Narinderjit on her achievement. She averred that KMV always strive to provide the most suitable ambience to the teachers for their academic and intellectual growth. She further maintained that this new book by Dr Narinderjit will be beneficial for all the students & scholars who want to explore this field of science.
