Jalandhar, April 29, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a National Level Poster Making Competition on Intellectual Property Rights. The competition was organised under Innovation Cell of Ministry of Education, Government of India by the PG Department of Chemistry in association with Institutions Innovation Council. In this program dedicated to the World Intellectual Property Rights Day, participants from across the country displayed their creativity and artistic wits by participating with full zeal and enthusiasm. The first place was won jointly by Simranjit Singh, a student of Government College, Ropar and Khushpreet Kaur, a student of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Kanjule Shraddha, S.D.M. , Nivasa and Tanu Sharma, KMV, Jalandhar bagged second place while the third place holders were Kadam Jayash, BKC, Nashik and Nazia Malik, KMV, Jalandhar. Along with this, Aarti, a student of CR college of Education and Poonamjit Kaur, a student of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya were selected for the consolation prize. Apart from this, e-certificates were also provided to the students for participating in this competition. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulating all the winning participants averred that such events provide students an opportunity to showcase their talents and also provide awareness about keeping their creativity under their jurisdiction. Principal lauded the efforts of PG Department of Chemistry for organising this successful event.
