KMV organises mehndi competition to celebrate karva chauth

Jalandhar: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya organised Mehndi competition to mark the celebration of Karva Chauth. The competition was organised by the Department of Student Welfare. In this competition more than 100 students participated with full zeal & enthusiasm. Dipped in the colour of festival, students decorated their hands with beautiful & unique designs of mehndi created by them. The competition was held online in which students shared their photos & videos of designs. In this competition, Daljinder and Simran both bagged first position, Kajal Dogra & Charu both were declared second and Manavjyot, Khushi & Anjali were jointly declared third in the competition. 

Principal Prof Dr Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students on their achievements. She averred that students of KMV always participate in all kinds of co- curricular activities organised in the college. 

Principal lauded the efforts of Dr Madhumeet, Dean, Department of Student Welfare for successfully organising the competition.
