KMV Organises Expert Session to Ignite Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Students
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has consistently prioritized the holistic development of its students. Continuing this tradition, the PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration, in collaboration with MSME Technology Centre, successfully organized an expert session titled “The Entrepreneurial Spark: Decoding Early Signals among Students.”
Jalandhar, March 2, 2026: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has consistently prioritized the holistic development of its students. Continuing this tradition, the PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration, in collaboration with MSME Technology Centre, successfully organized an expert session titled “The Entrepreneurial Spark: Decoding Early Signals among Students.” The resource person for the session was Dr. Manpreet Kaur, Assistant Professor at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. The session focused on encouraging entrepreneurial thinking among students and helping them identify early traits and signals that indicate entrepreneurial potential.
Dr. Kaur shared valuable insights on recognizing innovative abilities, developing problem-solving skills, and cultivating leadership qualities from an early stage. She emphasized the importance of creativity, risk-taking ability, resilience, and adaptability in today’s competitive business environment. The session also highlighted various government initiatives and institutional support available for aspiring entrepreneurs. Students actively participated in the interactive session, gaining practical understanding of entrepreneurship as a viable career option.
Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi remarked that the event was highly informative and inspiring, motivating students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities with confidence. She lauded the efforts of the PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration for their collaborative work and reiterated the institution’s commitment to fostering innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
