Jalandhar, October 4, 2025: KMV Technical Institute under the aegis of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) reaffirmed its commitment to fostering entrepreneurial thinking and innovative leadership among its students by organising an expert session on “From Ideas to Impact: Cultivating Innovation as a Future Manager” for MBA and MCA students.
The Resource person for the session was Dr Girish Sapra, Founder and CEO of Green Brigade Pvt. Ltd. The session aimed to equip future managers with the essential skills and strategic approaches required to convert innovative ideas into impactful business solutions.
Dr Sapra shared his deep insights into innovation processes, entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity recognition, and the integration of creativity into managerial decision-making. He also discussed real-world examples and best practices that help organisations remain agile and competitive in a dynamic business environment. The interactive nature of the session enabled students to engage in meaningful discussions and develop a deeper understanding of how innovation acts as a catalyst for entrepreneurial success. It also gave them practical tools to translate theoretical knowledge into real-world applications.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the Department of Management for organising such impactful initiatives.
