KMV empowers students through value added Personality Development Program

Jalandhar, November 15, 2023: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) in a significant stride towards holistic education has triumphantly concluded Personality Development Program, aimed at enriching the lives of its students. 

Personality Development Program is one of the innovative program which has been introduced only by KMV in order to inculcate self confidence in the students. Personality Development Program of KMV is a compulsory program for the students of Sem III under the Value Added Programs introduced by KMV under the Autonomy. The value added initiative, meticulously designed and executed, spans a myriad of dimensions such as positive thinking and attitude, decision making, goal setting, leadership skills, communication skills and so on to ensure a well rounded and empowered student community in KMV. Expert trainers and resource persons from faculty delivered impactful modules covered in the program. Throughout the duration of the program, students engaged in interactive workshops, seminars, and practical exercises that facilitated self-discovery and skill enhancement. The dedicated faculty and industry professionals provided valuable insights, mentoring students to unleash their full potential. 

Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that KMV believes in nurturing not just academic excellence but also in fostering the overall development of our students. The Personality Development Program is a testament to our commitment to providing a holistic education that prepares students for the challenges of the dynamic world. She lauded the efforts of Mani Khera (Coordinator, Personality Development Program), Dr Madhumeet (Dean, Student welfare) and Dr Gurjot ( Dean, ECA) for unwavering commitment and execution of the program.
