KMV awarded with Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Retail by Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI)

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) adding one more feather to its embellished cap has been recognised as Retail CoE (Centre of Excellence) by Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI).  To achieve mutual objectives, RASCI has recognised KMV’s effort and awarded KMV Retail Centre of Excellence.

Jalandhar, January 11, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) adding one more feather to its embellished cap has been recognised as Retail CoE (Centre of Excellence) by Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI).  To achieve mutual objectives, RASCI has recognised KMV’s effort and awarded KMV Retail Centre of Excellence. 

It is pertinent to mention that this initiative marks a milestone as it is aimed to provide outcome-based learning environment to learners with an integrated industry internship and placement model. KMV is a pioneer in supporting the growth of excellent vocational education with a focus on teaching, learning and sharing of high-quality curriculum and programme design for other institutions as a mentor. 

Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that the Centre of Excellence (CoE) at KMV will play a significant role in driving innovation and excellence in vocational education in retail and will also provide mentorship to other institutions regarding retail education and operation of retail lab. 

Principal congratulated Dr. Gopi Sharma, Dr. Rashmi Sharma and the faculty members of Department of Retail Management and all the students for their remarkable achievement and guiding the students towards a successful and bright future.
