Kanya Maha Vidyalaya Hosts Vibrant Hostel Night to Boost Student Morale
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organized a vibrant "Hostel Night" program in which Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi, Director Principal, graced the occasion as the chief guest to boost the morale of the students participating in various colourful performances.

Jalandhar, May 1, 2026: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organized a vibrant "Hostel Night" program in which Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi, Director Principal, graced the occasion as the chief guest to boost the morale of the students participating in various colourful performances.
The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by an impressive stage hosting by Sharanya. Manveer and her group captivated the audience with a modelling showcase, while Tipu Disan demonstrated melodic vocal skills through a solo song. Rimple displayed great confidence and enthusiasm in her solo dance performance, and Rajveer also presented a song. Navjot and Simran performed solo dances that compelled the student audience to join in the rhythm. Additionally, the hostel students presented a spectacular choreographed dance they had specifically prepared.
At the conclusion of the program, the Director addressed the students, encouraging them to refine their hidden talents under the expert guidance of their professors at KMV. She emphasised that this development is essential for the holistic growth of the individual, society, and the nation, while wishing the students success in bringing pride to their parents and the institution.
The event was attended by Dr. Madhumeet (Dean, Student Welfare), Sandeep, Geetika, Aman and Dr. Gopi Sharma, among others. All participants were honoured with trophies presented by the Director Principal.
