The upcoming episode of Tum Ho Naa will witness an emotional moment as host Rajeev Khandelwal gets teary-eyed while interacting with social media creator Afroz Shaikh and her son.
During the episode, Rajeev asked Afroz to recreate the way they shoot her videos, recreating a fun moment on stage. The atmosphere soon turned emotional when her son shared that despite being 24 years old, he still goes shopping with his mother and only buys what she approves of.
Touched by their bond, Rajeev said, “Ye pyaar ko banaye rakh na kyu ki jaha mummy nhi ho na toh bohot muskil hojata hai.” He further added, “jab aise dekhte hai na maa-bete ko, tab lagta hai ki mummy tum kaha ho.” Ending the moment on a heartwarming note, Afroz’s son said, “Tum ho na mummy, to kya tension hai phir.”
The episode also featured a candid conversation about social media success. Rajeev asked, “Ek aur sawal hai, social media pe generally log jab jate hai, bohot log prerit ho rahe honge par itna aasan nahi hota, toh aapne kya kya badlaw dekha hain?”
Afroz said patience and consistency are key in social media and success takes time. She shared that her 8- 9-year journey taught her to focus on her work over outsiders' opinions because her success will speak for her.
Agreeing to that, Rajeev further asked, “Aur financially itna ban jata hai paise wise ki, agar koi sirf social media pe, kya ghar basar nikal jata hai usse pura” to which Afroz revealed that both she and her husband earn comfortably.
