Jalandhar, August 14, 2026: Ivy World School, under the aegis of Vasal Education, celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervour, and a deep sense of pride in the nation. The various activities organised at the school aimed to instil in students the values of freedom, courage, discipline, responsibility, unity, and love for the country.
On the occasion, a special morning assembly was organised, during which students presented patriotic songs, speeches, poems, and patriotic slogans. They remembered the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and highlighted the responsibilities of the younger generation towards the nation. The enthusiasm, confidence, and deep sense of patriotism displayed by the students were truly inspiring.
Adding to the celebrations, the school campus was beautifully decorated by the students with tricolour-themed posters and patriotic artwork, creating an atmosphere of national pride and strengthening the feeling of love for the country.
For the little Ivyians of Kindergarten, an engaging “Training Zone” was specially created. The activity aimed to introduce the young learners, through fun and play, to the values of patriotism, courage, discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. Through age-appropriate activities, the children were given an enjoyable glimpse into how our brave soldiers train themselves with discipline, courage, teamwork, and dedication to protect the nation.
