Chandigarh, March 29, 2024: The University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Panjab University commenced the Two-day International Seminar on March 29th, 2024 in collaboration with Mississippi College of Law, USA. 

The theme of Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Constitutionalism and Rule of Law was extremely profound examining the intricate interplay between technology and legal paradigms. 

Eminent academic expert and Advocate Supreme Court of India, Dr. Gautam Bhatia, captivated the audience with his erudite keynote address. His words unfolded to reveal the profound implications of AI on the bedrock of constitutional principles and the rule of law. 

The esteemed gathering was graced by the august presence of Justice Anoop Chitkara, judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court as the chief guest. A luminary of the judicial realm and a beacon of legal wisdom he lent a profound aura to the occasion, inspiring participants with his invaluable insights. 

Prof. Shruti Bedi, Director UILS welcomed the guests while the closing address was delivered by Prof. Dr. Rattan Singh. The seminar will receive about 200 delegates as scholars present their papers and deliberate both offline and online during the two days.
