District Ludhiana (boys and girls) won the second position

Inter District Lawn Tennis Tournament successfully completed at Harvest Tennis Academy Jassowal-Kular

Ludhiana, December 1, 2022: The 66th Punjab School Games 2022-23 inter district lawn tennis competition for under-17 boys and girls was conducted at Harvest Tennis Academy Jassowal Kular, district Ludhiana under the leadership of District Education Officer S. Harjit Singh ji. In these competitions, 19 districts participated. The teams participated. The opening and closing ceremony of the tournament was held by the District Education Officer. Harjit Singh, Principal Dimple Madan,  Gurdeep Singh DIGP (Retd), Vice President Harvest Campus Jassowal, Ajitpal Singh, DM Sports, Darren Ferre, Director Tennis, Harvest Tennis Academy, Jay Sharma, Principal Harvest International School and Pooja Chandpuri, Vice Principal Harvest International School were held under the leadership. Successfully conducted under the supervision of Gaurav Bhardwaj, Manager Tennis, Zone Convenor Kuldeep Singh Sahouli and Kulwant Singh Hans.
 
During this tournament, the final competition of U-17 girls took place between Jalandhar and Ludhiana teams, in which Jalandhar girls won the first place and Ludhiana girls team won the second place.
 
And the U-17 boys final was between the Amritsar and Ludhiana teams, in which the Amritsar boys won the first place and the Ludhiana boys team won the second place.
 
All office bearers of the tournament committee collectively thanked Harvinder Saran President Harvest Tennis Academy for his support during this tournament. During the tournament, Raman Kumar, Tejbir Singh Kular, Harpreet Singh Sidhu and Jaspreet Kaur performed their duties as referees. Baldev Singh Sheikhupura, DPE,  Manjit Kaur Mulanpur, Shubdeep Kaur Dhapai, Navneet Kaur Nurpur Bet, Mahinderpal Singh Pabian, Ranjit Singh Devatwal, Jagdeep Singh Dakha, Durlabh Singh Baraich, Ramandeep Kaur Tharike, Parminder Singh Gahore performed their duties well during the tournament.
