Installation Ceremony of Inderkiran Toor and her executive team

Jalandhar, July 3, 2025: The Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar held its installation ceremony with warmth and enthusiasm, marking the induction of Inderkiran Toor as President along with her executive team. The event was graced by esteemed Past District Chairmen (PDCs) and Chief Guest Shivani Anand, Managing Partner of Anand & Anand Sports.
President Inderkiran Toor and Secretary Nidhi Sehgal extended a floral welcome to the Chief Guest, while Anju Sharma greeted the PDCs. The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, accompanied by the recitation of Shlokas by Neelu Mohendra.
Outgoing President Punam Jagota gave a heartfelt farewell, expressing gratitude to all members for their support throughout her tenure. She then passed on the collar and Club Charter to the incoming President, and the new executive members were formally presented with their lapel pins.

President Inderkiran Toor outlined the Club's vision and upcoming plans. Her biodata was read by Kavita Jairath, who also introduced the Chief Guest in a graceful and heartfelt manner. Members celebrating birthdays and anniversaries in June and July were presented with small tokens of love.
The day was further marked by the execution of eight impactful social welfare projects, including: Donation of a pressure cooker and sanitary pads to the Deaf and Dumb School;
Donation of toiletries, a football, and one student's fee; Donation of adult diapers and a ceiling fan to Mother Teresa Home; Support for three Arya Model School students – school fees and 50 notebooks; Ration kits for three underprivileged families; Monetary support for a man to help build his home; Sports goods donation to the Deaf and Dumb School by the Chief Guest; and A bicycle gifted to a girl in need.
Charter Member PDC Jagbans Toor honored the outgoing President and Secretary, while PDC Vineeta Seth offered her blessings and guidance to the new team. The Chief Guest commended the Club’s impactful initiatives and was presented with a token of appreciation by the President and Secretary.
The event was gracefully emceed by Kavita. Anita Dhir and Opinder Kaur presented a token of love to the newly installed team. The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Vice-President Anita Chawla.
A total of 47 members including PDC Kumud Sehgal, PDC Asha Paul and PDC Adarsh Sood attended the event, making it a meaningful and memorable gathering.
