Jalandhar, November 11, 2025: The five campuses of Innocent Hearts School—Green Model Town, Loharan, Noorpur Road, Cantt.–Jandiala Road, and Kapurthala Road—came alive with joy and enthusiasm as they celebrated Children’s Day, marking the birth anniversary of India’s first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

The tiny tots from pre-school to UKG were brimming with excitement, dressed in vibrant attire, with some even emulating Chacha Nehru’s iconic style. The kindergarten students showered love and affection on Chacha Nehru, donning his look and looking absolutely adorable.

Students enthusiastically participated in patriotic poems, singing, and a variety of fun-filled activities including card-making and games such as balloon race, ball holder, ring toss, and paper plate activities.

Teachers used this opportunity to enlighten students about the life, work, and contributions of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, highlighting his love for children and his vision for the nation. They explained that his birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day to honor his affection for young minds and his pivotal role in shaping India's future.

The celebrations stood as a testament to the school’s commitment to fostering a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. The teachers’ words of wisdom and encouragement inspired the young minds to emulate Chacha Nehru’s values of discipline, courage, and kindness, motivating them to become responsible global citizens.
