The Department of Hotel Management at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT) successfully organized a vibrant “Indian Street Food Stall” event on campus. The event aimed to provide students with practical exposure to culinary skills, food presentation, and hospitality management while celebrating the rich flavors of Indian street cuisine.

Ludhiana, April 13, 2026: The Department of Hotel Management at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT) successfully organized a vibrant “Indian Street Food Stall” event on campus. The event aimed to provide students with practical exposure to culinary skills, food presentation, and hospitality management while celebrating the rich flavors of Indian street cuisine.
The stall featured a delightful menu including Pani Puri, Bhelpuri, Chole Bhature, and refreshing Mocktails, attracting enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and visitors. The event created a lively atmosphere, showcasing the creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit of the budding hospitality professionals.
The event was graced by Dr. S. P. Singh, President of Gujranwala Khalsa Educational Council (GKEC), the governing body of GGNIMT. Congratulating the students, Dr. Singh commended their hard work and creativity in organizing the stall.
Harsharan Singh Narula, Hon. General Secretary of GKEC, along with other office bearers, also attended the event and appreciated the students’ efforts in successfully managing the food stall and delivering a delightful experience.
Kuljit Singh and S.Hardeep Singh also joined the occasion.
