Haryana Education Minister inaugurates GyanSetu Rohtak App
The Haryana Education Minister, Mahipal Dhanda, today inaugurated GyanSetu Rohtak, a district-level digital learning platform designed to provide students with free, structured, and high-quality online educational resources. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta and Additional Deputy Commissioner Narender Kumar were also present on the occasion. The launch took place in Rohtak in the presence of district officials, educators, and student representatives.
Rohtak, November 28, 2025: The Haryana Education Minister, Mahipal Dhanda, today inaugurated GyanSetu Rohtak, a district-level digital learning platform designed to provide students with free, structured, and high-quality online educational resources. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta and Additional Deputy Commissioner Narender Kumar were also present on the occasion. The launch took place in Rohtak in the presence of district officials, educators, and student representatives.
GyanSetu Rohtak has been developed under the supervision of the District Administration, Rohtak, to ensure that every student - regardless of geography or background - has access to organised digital learning material. The platform is entirely administratively controlled, enabling authorised officials to onboard students, assign courses, and monitor learning outcomes in real time.
Speaking at the launch, the Education Minister said that initiatives like GyanSetu strengthen the government’s commitment to equity, accessibility, and outcome-driven education, and reaffirm Haryana’s progress toward a modern, digitally enabled schooling ecosystem.

• Course assignment by teachers through a secure admin interface
• Integrated quizzes with each video for learning assessment
• Student-wise progress tracking, including video completion and quiz performance
• Data-driven monitoring to strengthen academic accountability at the school level
The platform enables students to sign up easily, access assigned courses instantly, resume learning from any point, and track their own progress. Teachers and administrators can simultaneously monitor usage and performance, ensuring that learning is not only delivered but also measured effectively.
GyanSetu Rohtak marks a significant step toward creating a transparent, structured, and result-oriented digital learning ecosystem in the district. The initiative aligns with the government’s vision of strengthening educational excellence through technology-enabled solutions.
