Rohtak, September 23, 2025: A special lecture on "Nature and Law" was organized at the District Bar Association, Rohtak.

The chief guest and speaker; Acharya Devvrat, Governor of Gujarat and Maharashtra, in his impressive address, defined the deep connection between nature and law. He explained how Vedic values, natural balance, and the legal system complement each other. He particularly emphasized the need for natural farming, stating that natural farming makes the land fertile, while chemical farming renders it barren.

Governor Acharya Devvrat also mentioned his active role in social movements such as the Beti Bachao - Beti Padhao,  the Drug De-addiction Campaign, and the promotion of Vedic values.

In his presidential address, MDU Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajbir Singh underlined the connection between education and law, stating that the coordination of nature and law is essential for the stability of society. He mentioned that over 50% of the Rohtak Bar Association's members are MDU alumni.

Senior advocate Dr. Vijendra Singh Ahlawat, who has twice served as Chairman of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, gave an overview of the Bar Association, Rohtak's history, its establishment, development, and its socio-judicial contributions.

Initially, Deepak Hooda, President of the Bar Association, Rohtak, delivered a welcome address and elaborated on the program's theme. Association General Secretary Rajkaran Panghal concluded with a vote of thanks.

In addition to Judges from the Rohtak District Court, Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Chairman Nagendra Singh Kadyan, industrialist and social activist Rajesh Jain, Mahamandaleshwar Baba Kapil Puri along with District Bar Association officials, and senior advocates were present on the occasion.
