GNA University bagged excellence and innovation award in robotics

Jalandhar, June 27, 2022: GNA University bagged Excellence and Innovation in Robotics Education award at the 4th Edition of India STEM contribution Award and Conference 2022 at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Nakul Parashar – Director, Vigyan Prasar, and Shri Kundan Kumar - Adviser - Industry I, Mines, Skill Dev. & Employment, MU Vertical and Work Related to Implementation of NITI Evolution Committee, Dr M. Jayaprakasan - Director, Controller of Examination/ IT Cell / QED, DGT, Govt. of India and Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe Chairperson of AICTE.   The event also had the presence of representatives of various Universities, colleges, schools and Start-ups.

GNA University achieved this award for its Excellence in Robotics System. In this category, many Universities, Colleges, Start-ups and Training institutes participated. GNA University has the best practical infrastructure provided to the students for enhancing their practical knowledge with the theoretical content, so students perform excellent in Robotic and Automation system. Students develop new projects which are required in modern industries. 

The award was received by Dr. V.K. Rattan, the Vice-Chancellor and Mr. C.R. Tripathy, Dean Faculty of Design & Innovation from GNA University through Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe Chairman of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). 
During the Summit Mr. C.R. Tripathy gave presentation about the latest technologies used in modern industries and curriculum adopted in GNA University. He showed the placement of GNA students in Global industries. He also pressed upon Industry-Academia collaboration which is already a part of GNA University. 

Dr. V.K. Rattan and Mr. C.R. Tripathy said, "We are delighted to receive this award from All India Council for Robotics and Automation (AICRA). GNA University always implements advance technologies in their curriculum so that students perform excellent in their future as well as for the modern societies.” 

The representatives also showed their gratitude and word of thanks to S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, Pro-Chancellor GNA University and CEO GNA Gears Ltd. Punjab for his consistent perseverance and valuable contributions for imparting quality education as per the global industry needs.
