GLADA (PUDA) BRINGS E-AUCTIONS OF REAL ESTATE SITES

DETAIL OF PROPERTIES CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED RELEASED
Ludhiana, September 25, 2017: In a bid-adieu to the manual system of auction, this Navratras, Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA)/PUDA has brought ‘e-auction’ of real estate sites from 21st September 2017 and it shall conclude at 3 PM on 04th Oct 2017. While concessions have been announced, besides rationalization of the rates along with reduction in the interest rates, the possession is being offered within 90 days from the date of auction.

While giving this information Mr.Parminder Singh Gill Chief Administrative said that the properties currently being offered by GLADA in said e-auction are SCO Nos. 1,2,4 & 5 of size 20’ X 60’ each and Booth Nos 47 to 50 having size 10’ X 30’ each on 200 Ft. Wide road, Bye Pass Dugri PH-II & III, Ludhiana; SCO Nos. 135 to 138 of 121 sq. yards each on Dhandari Kalan, Phase III Dushera Ground and SCO Nos. 12,13,14,20, 21,22,25 & 26, each having an area of 164.08 sq. yards in Phase IV, Ludhiana. While elaborating about the same, he said, “any person legally competent to enter into a contract will be eligible to participate in the e-auction. Interested parties will need to sign-up and obtain user ID and password on the portal https://puda.e-auctions.in as well as remit eligibility fee through online payment prior to expiry of the auction. The guidelines for participation in e-Auction are available on the said portal”. The e-auction has an SMS facility that will inform the bidders/participants about the highest bid, enabling them to increase it.

The eligibility fee shall be fully refundable/adjustable, which shall be 2% of the total reserved price or Rs. 3 lakh(whichever is more) in case of SCO/SC, Rs. 1 Lakh for SSS/Booth. Bidders can deposit the Eligibility fee online.Digital signatures would also not be required for participation in the aforesaid e-auction.
