Mohali, November 15, 2025: Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Phase 2, has taken another significant step towards promoting technology and innovation by inaugurating an ultra-modern digital kiosk/panel in its Artificial Intelligence Lab. This initiative adds another ‘smart touch’ to Gian Jyoti’s tech-enabled campus. The newly installed digital kiosk is designed to keep students updated with the latest information, campus activities, placement news, academic calendar, and motivational messages. This initiative reflects the institute's commitment to integrating technology with education in the most engaging and effective manner.
The kiosk features a large 55-inch interactive touch screen, allowing students to easily browse information. It can instantly display all campus activities and emergency notices. It also provides updates on placement announcements, internship opportunities, and company profiles. Students can directly access the institution's digital publications on this panel. A special program was organized on campus to highlight the importance of digital tools for students. With this kiosk, students will receive real-time information, saving their time and improving accessibility to updates and resources.
Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director of Gian Jyoti, said that integrating technology into education is the need of the hour. “Through this digital kiosk, we aim to ensure that every student stays informed and motivated by the latest news and opportunities on campus. This is another step towards e-governance, which will help save both time and resources for our students,” he added.
Chairman J.S. Bedi said that We always believe in creating an environment that prepares students for future challenges. Gian Jyoti Group regularly introduces such technological initiatives, including advanced AI labs and industry-linked programs, to ensure students are job-ready. This new digital kiosk will further strengthen digital literacy on campus.
