Former Chief Justice of India graces RV University’s Induction Programme, ushering in a new era of learning

Bengaluru, July 31, 2023: RV University (RVU), India's premier institution for liberal education, hosted their induction programme, as they welcomed their third batch of students. The event witnessed the enrollment of bright individuals into all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across its six esteemed schools - School of Business, School of Economics, School of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Design and Innovation, and School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The induction programme was graced with added significance as it coincided with the convocation ceremony of the 1st batch of 8 M.Des. graduates, who successfully completed their journey at RVU.

 
Distinguished guest and dignitary, the former Chief Justice of India, Justice S. Rajendra Babu, whose presence added great honor to the event. Addressing the event he expressed “Witnessing the enthusiasm and dedication of these young minds at RV University fills me with hope for a brighter future. It is a privilege to be a part of this momentous occasion, and I believe that the students of RVU, with their interdisciplinary education and commitment to critical thinking, are well-equipped to lead India and the world towards greater heights of success and innovation."

 
Prof. Y. S. R. Murthy, Founding Vice Chancellor, RV University, highlighted the institution's commitment to innovation and transformative education in his address. He emphasized the university's immersive and collaborative learning approach, which encourages students to explore diverse disciplines and challenge the boundaries of established knowledge through critical and imaginative thinking.
