Ludhiana, October 23, 2015: Flower Arrangement was organized by Department of Hotel Management, Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management and Technology (GGNIMT). It was an Intra class Competition, Around 30 Students participated. Students used many materials and accessories like floral foam- oasis, Adhesive tape, baskets, chicken wire etc. and presented a great show.
Students made bouquets, all around arrangement, facing arrangement, traditional mass arrangement and many more. The students performed in a group of three. Students focused on various parameters like color combination, neatness & placing for making their arrangements. Students participated with great zeal. Simerjit Kaur 3rd sem HMCT participant of this activity was very enjoyable & great learning experience.
Manjit Singh Chhabra Co-coordinator, GGNIMT encouraged the students to participate extensively in such activities. He further said that creativity can only be enhanced with more practice & expense.
