FICO delegation meets Joint Commissioner GST 

Ludhiana: A delegation of FICO (Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organization) under the leadership of Gurmeet Singh Kular met Rajan Lachala, Joint Commissioner, GST Commissionerate, Ludhiana regarding the issued faced by members related to GST Refunds.

FICO president Kular explained in detail that how the GST refund of exporters is still stuck since the inception of GST regime. Also, Kular explained how a refund is stuck due to wrongly posted details of the refund in another head, just a clerical mistake made the refund of lakhs stagnant.

Lachala heard the grievances and posted the queries on GST Mitra and issued tickets, and assured of timely solution.
