AICTE approved three days interactive, self-funded Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Universal Human Values (UHV) under RUSA scheme was inaugurated today at Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Chandigarh, March 21, 2024: AICTE approved three days interactive, self-funded Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Universal Human Values (UHV) under RUSA scheme was inaugurated today at Panjab University, Chandigarh.

A diverse group of participants from various walks of life from Northern India are attending this FDP. 60 Delegates from PU, PGIMER, GMCH-32, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Kurukshetra, DRDO, Central University of Punjab, MCM, Evolve, Art-of-living, Brahamkumaris and other reputed institutes from Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh attended the FDP. 

AICTE experts Ajay Kumar Pal from Punjab, Dr. Piush Sharma from Rajasthan, Krishan Kumar from Punjab facilitated the discussions. 

FDP began with an introductory and interactive session by Ajay Kumar Pal to better equip faculty members for the Student Induction Programme (SIP) and to increase their comprehension and knowledge of universal human values. 

A series of proposals concerning human reality that are logical, universal, and verifiable will methodically be given over next two days also. 

Prof. Sanjay Kaushik, DCDC, Prof. Anju Suri, Director MMTTC, Prof. Sanjeev Puri, Director UIET, Prof. Shankar Sehgal Coordinator UHV Cell and Dr. Garima Joshi, Co-Coordinator UHV Cell were also present.
