Entrepreneurship Cell of PCTE organized Start-up Master Class

Ludhiana, October 11, 2021: The Entrepreneurship Cell of PCTE Group of Institutes organized a Start-up Master Class to promote and foster Start-up ecosystem in the region where around 200 students from different departments attended the program. Seven Mentors from different start-ups & Industry  came & guided students regarding their business ideas. Mr. Pushpinder Singh, Director, TAN Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana discussed the idea generation and how to pitch ideas during the program.

During the 3 days’ workshop, the students worked upon idea generation and start-up formation. The students after the market validation gave a 5 minutes presentation to the panel.
 
Out of all the ideas presented in the workshop, Ten teams were selected for the grand finale by TAN Ludhiana which included Hot Shot, V For U, Veggie – G, Bold Beacon, Sovereign, Rubor, Pocket Karyana, Indian Roots,  Nutri Taj and All In One.

Prof. Naresh Sachdev, Dean, Corporate Relations, PCTE Group of Institutes recognized the presence of dignitaries by presenting them mementoes. Prof. Naresh said that Entrepreneurs and Start-up companies have a critical role to play as key drivers of economic growth, job creation, wealth creation of the economy and workshops like these encourage the students to think out of the box and start their own venture, students are guided on their ideas and they do proper market analysis about to check the feasibility of their project.

Dr. KNS Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the team of Business Management on successfully organizing the workshop and said, Entrepreneurship is a dynamic process of vision, change and creation. It requires an application of energy and passion for the creation and implementation of new ideas and creative solutions.
