Ludhiana, July 24, 2025: The enrolment process at Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana, for the NCC new batch of 2025 was conducted by the 3 Punjab Battalion NCC in 2025, under the dedicated leadership of ANO (Associate NCC Officer) Captain Parmjit Kaur. Her expertise and commitment ensured the smooth execution of the entire process, from start to finish. Captain Parmjit Kaur played a crucial role in guiding the cadets through every stage of the selection, making sure that each candidate was given the chance to demonstrate their abilities.
Her leadership style, marked by a motivational and disciplined approach, was pivotal during both the physical and mental assessments. The cadets participated in a series of challenging tests, including a race that evaluated their physical endurance, stamina, and speed. Alongside these physical trials, interviews and mental aptitude evaluations were conducted to gauge their mental strength and leadership potential.
