Empowering Educators: A Two-Day Skill Enrichment Workshop
As part of the ongoing professional development series, a two-day capacity-building workshop was conducted by the DAV Jalandhar Region under the visionary guidance of the DAV Centre for Academic Excellence (DAVCAE) from 1st to 2nd July at DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur.

Jalandhar, July 4, 2025: As part of the ongoing professional development series, a two-day capacity-building workshop was conducted by the DAV Jalandhar Region under the visionary guidance of the DAV Centre for Academic Excellence (DAVCAE) from 1st to 2nd July at DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur. The workshop aimed to enrich pedagogical practices and elevate classroom experiences for educators teaching EEDP (Early Education Development Programme), Hindi, Punjabi, and Fine Arts.
A total of 54 teachers from various DAV institutions from Jalandhar zone participated enthusiastically in the sessions.
The sessions were supervised by Sanjeev Gujral Principal DAV Bilga and Baljinder Singh Principal DAV Nakodar, who served as observers and ensured the smooth and impactful conduct of the workshop. They were warmly welcomed by presenting a plant . All resource persons were also welcomed with planters, symbolizing growth and gratitude.

The sessions were interactive, informative, and hands-on, focusing on innovative methods, NEP-aligned strategies, child-centric learning, and subject enrichment. Teachers participated enthusiastically and found the sessions highly beneficial. They expressed their commitment to implementing the shared practices and activities in their respective classrooms to enhance the teaching-learning experience.
