Nishit Sood, Chairman, CII Delhi Sub Committee on HR & IR and Chief Flow Officer, BYLD Group, encapsulated the essence of the digital era's impact and said, "The digital era has brought about a fundamental shift in how businesses compete, how they operate, and how they interact with their shareholders. Embracing digital technologies and adapting to the changing landscape has become essential for businesses to remain competitive and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment." Mr Sood's insights laid the foundation for a comprehensive exploration of the digital transformation's far-reaching implications.
 

Dr Ati Priye, Director IQAC, Planning and Development at CT University, further emphasized the imperative of technological adaptation while preserving the essence of human ingenuity. "We need to embrace what technology is offering, but at the same time, we need to keep the creativity and innocence of the workforce alive while undergoing this transformation," he said.
 

In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, Narinder Ahluwalia, Executive Vice President, Covalience India interwove the human element into the AI equation, shedding light on the delicate balance required for the Emotional Quotient. "Sometimes decisions based on reports and data from artificial intelligence agents can hurt people. We need to be cognizant of each person's contribution to the company, their intent, and what they stand for.”
 

Pooja Luthra, CHRO, Trident Group further highlighted the use of automation in the existing HR practices for talent acquisition and retention.
 

Ashish Khosla, Co-Founder and President (Innovation and Marketing), Shoolini University said that the HR industry has a sustainable cost advantage, as compared to other global counterparts. In this respect, Sanjay Rai, Vice President Corporate HR, Akums Drugs& Pharmaceuticals Ltd indicated three fundamental aspects that need to be considered: qualitative, cost-effective, and timely delivery of service.
