Drone training for NCC Cadets of 3 Pb (G) Bn NCC Ludhiana

Ludhiana, May 16, 2025: A one-week specialized training program from May 19-23 titled "Introduction, Operation and Handling of Drones” will be conducted for 15 cadets of 3 PB (G) BN NCC, Ludhiana. The training is scheduled from 0900 to 1500 hrs daily, focusing on the technical and practical aspects of drone handling, operations, importance and uses in daily life for national safety and security.

The cadets, hailing from Khalsa Girls Senior Secondary School (KGSSS) and R S Model School, Ludhiana will receive expert guidance from seasoned professionals of the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI) (Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship). The initiative aims to equip the cadets with essential skills aligned with emerging technologies in defence and civil applications.

The training will be held in the presence of Commanding Officer Col R S Chauhan, SM, along with PI Staff, Girl Cadet Instructors (GCI), Associate NCC Officers (ANO), and other technical professionals, ensuring a robust learning environment and disciplined engagement.
