Dr. Manjunath gets the Responsibility for UHSR's Public Relations Department

Rohtak, July 7, 2026: Dr. H.K. Aggarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, has entrusted the charge of the Public Relations Department and the Medical Illustration Department to Dr. Manjunath B.C., Head of the Department of Public Health Dentistry at the Dental College. It is noteworthy that Dr. Manjunath B.C. has been serving as a Senior Professor and Head of Department at PGIDS since 2012.
The Vice-Chancellor Dr. Agarwal expressed confidence that Dr. Manjunath's experience and capable leadership would further strengthen the university's image. He remarked that PGIMS is the state's largest health institution, visited by thousands of patients daily, and is constantly scaling new heights in research, new technologies, and patient care. In this context, it is essential that accurate information regarding these achievements and facilities reaches the public in a timely manner. Dr. Manjunath's academic experience and communication skills will provide a new direction to the institute's Public Relations Department.
Expressing gratitude to Vice-Chancellor Dr. H.K. Aggarwal for this responsibility, Dr. Manjunath said that his primary objective would be to disseminate information to the public about the institute's achievements, facilities, new initiatives, and health awareness campaigns.
