Dr. Baldev Singh Aulakh, Delivers Informative Talk on 'How to keep your Kidneys safe’

Ludhiana, March 15, 2024: On the occasion of World Kidney Day, renowned Urologist and Transplant Surgeon, Dr. Baldev Singh Aulakh, delivered an enlightening talk safely of Kidney Health for All' to the members of Sutlej Club.

 
Dr. Aulakh, known for his expertise and commitment to advancing urological care, captivated the audience with his comprehensive insights into kidney health which can be affected by high blood pressure, sugar, fat, and many inherent conditions. Covering topics ranging from stones, infections, kidney cancer, he elaborated preventive measures and treatment options. Adequate water intake, balanced diet, exercise, avoiding on the counter pills and regular medicine prescribed are hallmarks for prolonging kidney life, said Dr. Aulakh. Dr. He emphasized the importance of proactive measures especially if one has family history of kidney disease, blood pressure or sugar in safeguarding kidney function.
